The roots in Custoza were sunk in 2003 by Isa and Ezio. We vinify Garganega and Corvina grapes from sandy and gravelly soils originated from debris carried by the melted glacier during the Wurmian period. This debris forms the hills that host our vineyards.

Spontaneously fermented Garganega. Semi carbonic maceration, followed by 5-month rest on
whole clusters.
