La Bacheta has roots in Custoza, on the morainic hills surrounding Lake Garda.
It seems that the land, the village where our agricultural work and our wines come to life, has predestined in its name, Custoza: “custody, guard”, our vision.
The farm is run in its entirety following the certified organic method.

Neissance, still white wine, always made itself heard. Born in our minds in one way, it has imposed itself to be something else.

Metodo classico of Garganega.
Pas dosè.
Renaissance, “rebirth” from its brother Neissance,
but also “Rinascimento”,
a bubbly wish for our territory.
VINO SPUMANTE DOSAGGIO ZERO BIO
without added sulphites
Pure Corvina red wine. Semi-carbonic fermentation with twenty days' contact on the bunch and marc to enhance the Corvina, its red fruits
and spicy characters.
CORVINA VERONA IGT BIO
without added sulphites
Pure Garganega. Semi-carbonic
fermentation, with 3-month maceration on the whole bunches.
In particular, this maceration expresses the riper nuances of Garganega, along with the velvety structure of the tannins extracted through the infusion of stalks and grape skins.
